Our 4th of July at the Lake House...

Every 4th of July we go to the family Lake House with Bryce's family. It is fun filled days with cousins playing and fighting and fishing and light saber fighting and s'more making and swimming and boat rides and firework watching. We all look forward to this trip every year. Both kids ended up sick and McCoy had some behavior problems (due to being on the verge of getting sick) but it was a great trip and we hated to leave. We didn't feel like we soaked up enough fun. We already can't wait until next year!

It is a tradition to take a picture of all the grandkids dressed in their patriotic attire with the flag. It has been fun looking back and seeing how much all the kids have grown every year.

McCoy caught his very first fish all by himself. We were all proud.

McCoy also got to go on his first tube ride. He LOVED it!!

Of course swimming with daddy in the lake.

Oaklee's turn.

We did fireworks two night in a row.

And I had to sneak in a picture some how.

Someone found a snake and the kids loved it. Even Oaklee liked it.

Our kiddos in their red, white & blue!

Going on a boat ride to get gas. It was Oaklee's first ride and both kids got to drive the boat with help from Daddy.

We roasted s'mores and Oaklee loved getting all sticky and gooey.
